Encore at Wilmington is currently hiring for PRN Dishwashers. 

Responsibilities:

General cleaning duties: floors, walls, racks, dish machine, etc.

Dishwashing procedures will be followed.

Timely and efficient delivery of food from main kitchen to satellite kitchens.

Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols.

Adherence to all safety policies and procedures of Encore Village and regulatory authorities.

Maintenance of confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure residents' rights and employee confidentiality are protected.

Proper personal appearance and hygiene according to established procdures.

Attendance and participation in in-service training programs.

Reporting of all hazardous conditions or equipment.

Clean kitchen floor drains.

Table and pantry busing

Assisting in food preparation as directed.

Full understanding of sanitation, foodborne illnesses and cross-contamination policies and procedures.

Good communication skills; must be able to demonstrate effective reading and speaking skills.

Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends as assigned.
