Open shifts and Close shifts.
Conduct inventory counts weekly.
Order and receive product.
Enter invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Control labor and maintain COGS to our operational standards.
Lead prep crew, line crew and dish crew.
Maintain exceptional culinary standards.
Daily coaching and acknowledgement of the staff.
Ensure new hires are properly onboarded.
Scheduling for kitchen.
Maintain training materials for all new hires.
Develop current team members to become trainers.
Key holder for the restaurant. Qualifications include: 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager for an upscale-casual dining concept.
Ability to run a busy, dynamic restaurant.
Creativity for our special events dinners.
Genuine passion for food.
Ability to multitask.
Leadership skills.
Time management skills.
Team player.
Resilience to take positive and negative feedback.
Stamina to meet the demands of a busy operation.
Ability to cook and teach others the skills. Technology proficiencies preferred (not required) R365 inventory and accounting software
