Job Summary Drive new customer growth through paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization. Manage campaigns, measure performance, and implement strategies for real growth. Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Boise, ID (On-site or Remote) Type: Full-time, Employee-owned company Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns. Manage SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO). Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, etc.). Collaborate with Brand & Communications on creative assets and messaging. Integrate AI tools into campaign workflows (ad creative generation, predictive analytics, bid optimization). Required Skills & Expertise 3+ years in digital marketing role. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, and other platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Data-driven mindset with conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience. Ability to communicate insights and recommend next steps. Success Metrics Increase qualified customer acquisition at target ROAS/CPA. Improved website conversion rates through testing and CRO. Consistent delivery of actionable performance insights.
