Hydrovac Operator

Position Summary:

The Hydro-Vac operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of specialized Hydro-Vac equipment to support environmental services provided by Titan Solutions. This position requires a high level of commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• EE will be responsible for operation and maintenance of Hydro-Vac and other related equipment
• EE will be responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• EE will be responsible for routine maintenance and safe transport of equipment
• EE will be responsible for assisting, solving, and troubleshooting any technical challenges
• EE will be responsible for maintaining and obtaining all required certifications and training requirements
• EE will be responsible for communicating and cooperating with co-workers and management
• EE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe, and professional manner
• EE will perform tasks in teams and solo
• EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner
• EE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationships
• EE will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
• EE will be responsible for assisting other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe, and professional manner
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Demonstrated leadership skills in previous positions
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, basic math skills required

Training: We will provide necessary safety training.

Working Conditions:

• Physical Requirements: Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/wind/rain/snow.
• Must pass pre-employment fit test
• Travel Requirements: May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer travel less than 10% of time

Pay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies - $30-35
