Missoula Endodontics is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the smooth daily operation of our practice. Dental experience is an absolute must.

Our integrative Endodontic and Periodontic practice combines specialized care for the health, function, and longevity of your teeth, gums, and supporting structuresall under one roof. By bringing together expert root canal therapy, gum health, dental implants, and advanced surgical care, we provide comprehensive, coordinated treatment designed to deliver the highest level of patient care and convenience.

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years of dental front office experience required
• Must be knowledgeable in dental terminology and tooth numbering systems
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $19-$25 per hour.
