Guiding technical direction and contributing to architectural strategy, the full-time Principal Developer - Exposure Management will mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, and enhance platform quality while working remotely. Key responsibilities Help guide technical direction and contribute to platform architectural strategy across multiple teams Participate in system design decisions and review detailed designs to provide architectural feedback Foster cross-functional collaboration within empowered product teams to balance value, usability, and feasibility Required qualifications 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with significant experience developing and operating SaaS platforms Experience designing and operating multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms at scale Deep expertise in distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS and GCP) Strong experience with two or more programming languages: Rust, Go, Python Proven track record of elevating engineering teams through mentoring and improving team practices
