This role partners closely with Buying,Planning/Allocations, Wholesale, Digital, HQ Merchandising, Marketing, Visualand Commercial teams to ensure the successful execution of product assortments,timely product launches, and inventory management across North America. Theideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionateabout premium fashion, footwear, and consumer trends. ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES Developand execute seasonal assortments for the Men's Footwear category. Analyzesales performance, inventory levels, customer demand, and market trends toprovide actionable recommendations. Prepareweekly and seasonal selling reports, including style, color, size, and categoryperformance analyses. Create,maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely productdelivery. Maintainproduct information, pricing, cost, and assortment data within merchandisingand Anaplan systems. Assistin assortment planning, line reviews, product presentations, and seasonalmarket meetings. Partnerwith Planning to monitor inventory levels, replenishment opportunities, andpromotional/markdown recommendations. Collaboratewith E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teamsto support product launches and promotional initiatives. Supportsample management for meetings, photography, and product reviews. Stayinformed on footwear industry trends, competitive brands, consumer insights,and emerging market opportunities.
