Plainview Endodontics, a modern and patient-focused specialty dental practice, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced Receptionist/Dental assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits
Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims/payments
Collect patient copays and manage billing inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Support the overall flow and efficiency of the office
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (Endodontic or specialty office preferred)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and claim submission
Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
