Hand Assembly Associate (Entry Level)

Location: Salem, MA

Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hand Assembly Associates . In this role, you will assemble medical devices using a needle and thread in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools, including needle and thread.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Good attention to detail and focus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
