Penguin Patch Holiday Shop, located in Keller, TX, is a family‑owned business dedicated to bringing joy to elementary school children through holiday gifting programs. Job Opportunity: Telemarketing Sales Representative Work is performed in an office environment and involves consistent telephone contact with customers, prospective customers, and co‑workers. What you’ll do Initiate sales calls to present the company program to prospective customers. Energize client expectations with a courteous and engaging telephone personality. Build rapport with potential clients, aligning program benefits to customer needs. Close sales opportunities in a timely and effective manner. Maintain working knowledge of product lines. Qualifications Customer service skills – helpful, friendly, and kind. Excellent communication and active‑listening skills. Goal‑oriented mindset and competitive spirit. Computer proficiency – navigation of computer and email. Teamwork mentality – support fellow team members. Education & Experience High school graduate or GED preferred. Previous telemarketing experience of at least one year desired. Basic working knowledge of computer software systems. Work Skills Operate a computer, copy machine, and multi‑line telephone. Answer the telephone pleasantly and helpfully. Perform basic arithmetic. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, customers, and co‑workers. Resolve difficult or complex customer service issues. Maintain a “Think Customer First” philosophy. Create win‑win situations for customer and company through excellent service. Remain professional and calm in difficult situations. Compensation Hourly wage: $18–$20 per hour. Additional bonuses: yearly prizes, paid‑training incentives, and daily, weekly, monthly cash bonuses.
