Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Full-Time, Onsite – 8:30am-5pm 5 days per week, with Sundays & one weekday off
Pay Range: $22-25/hr

We are hiring a passionate and motivated Customer Service Associate to join the retail side of a family-owned company that’s been providing exceptional service and top-quality products to both homeowners and contractors since 1965! With a strong commitment to excellence, they strive to exceed customers’ expectations at every turn, and we’re looking for a talented individual to bring that vision to life!
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll provide exceptional and supportive service at the sales counter, assisting with product selection, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring order pick-ups go smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Guide customers at the sales counter through product selection, pricing, and availability, providing your expertise to both contractors and customers.
- Assist with order pick-ups at the will-call area, ensuring a smooth pick-up process.
- Process sales transactions with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain an inviting sales area, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and stocked.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service or retail (in the plumbing industry a huge plus!)
- Drive to help customers find the right product for them
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Epicor Solar
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus
