Acloche is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carey. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment within a dynamic warehouse and manufacturing environment. As a key player in supporting the site's business goals, the technician performs preventative and emergency maintenance to ensure smooth operation of production machinery and plant facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs during production and machine service
• Execute machinist duties as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machines
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust machinery
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment and plant facilities
• Perform plumbing and carpentry maintenance tasks
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report unusual situations
• Maintain clean, orderly workspaces in compliance with safety regulations
• Occasional overtime and weekend work as required
• May require domestic and international travel
• Perform physically demanding activities including standing, walking, bending, lifting over 75 pounds, and climbing

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED with completed craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
• Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial systems
• Experience with PLCs and HVAC systems
• Technical aptitude and ethical conduct
• Effective communication skills and results-driven mindset
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with injection molding machine repair and automated assembly lines
