TRAVEL REQUIRED- OH, MI, NY, PA

Level 4 Lead Technicians are eligible for company vehicle

PTO starting day 1, Benefit Package, Per Diem and meal allowance

Strategic Direct Solutions, LLC is looking for Telecommunications Technicians that specialize in Battery Plant Installation, with experience in Cell Sites, Central Offices or Cable Head-End environments. All skill levels considered.

Pay Rate: Based upon Skill Set and Work History.

Urgent Needs in:

• Additional positions available in several areas nationwide - New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, & Michigan
• **Non-local employees qualify for travel expenses paid and daily per diem.

Technician Requirements:

· Travel as necessary to meet project needs. 75%-100% travel

· Ability to follow a written method of procedure (MOP).

· Ability to perform hot cuts/slides/transfers.

· Ability to pull Signal and Power Cables, as necessary.

· Ability to crimp, lug, terminate, stitch and lace cable to 750 MCM or alarm signal cabling.

· Ability to install all types of infrastructure in Cell Site and/or DC Power type environments.

· Ability to rack, stack and secure equipment bays/cabinets.

· Travel as necessary to meet project needs.

· Ability to install BDFB's, Rectifiers, Power Plant systems.

· Reliable and strong work ethics required.

· Lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs.

We are seeking motivated and reliable DC Power / Telecom Field Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects across telecom and data center environments. This role involves hands-on fieldwork with power systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.

Technicians will be responsible for working on-site at customer locations, supporting DC power installations, equipment rack and stack, cable routing, and overall site readiness. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and traveling extensively for project-based work.

This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a willingness to learn and grow within the telecom and data center industry.
