Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease Physician to join our team! Join 4 Infectious Disease physicians at the largest independent Primary Care organization in the U.S. Practice Highlights: • 4.5-day work week - Flexible schedule after 18 months. • Inpatient/Outpatient - Round at 2 hospitals, Inpatient Rehab, and cover wound care clinic including hyperbaric oxygen therapy. • Full spectrum Infectious Disease • Support staff: NP's, MA's, office manager. • Physicians cover their own calls plus 1 weekend every 5 weeks. • EPIC EMR Compensation + Benefits: • Competitive MGMA package with $25K sign-on and compensation from local health systems. • $80K retention bonus after 18 months as shareholder. • Quarterly incentive bonuses for meeting quality measures. • Voluntary 401K with 6% employer match - immediate vesting. • Profit-sharing at year two. • Full health, disability, and life insurance. • CME Allowance $2,500/year + 5 days off. • Medical Malpractice - Occurrence coverage.
