LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll for a large corporation, including weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring tax and third-party payments are distributed timely. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of payroll experience and excellent attention to detail. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all payroll functions
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including recording hours and processing time records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll best practices
• Compile payroll statistics and monthly/quarterly payroll reports
• Ensure that payroll taxes and third-party payments are processed and paid accurately and timely
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
• Act as liaison with other departments for resolution of payroll issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of payroll experience
• 3+ years of payroll management experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Multistate processing experience
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
• Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and controls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
