Regional Director Of Health ServicesSinceri Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Health Services to lead clinical operations across a newly acquired region of six communities located in Farmington, NM; Clovis, NM; Fernley, NV; Mesquite, NV; Yuma, AZ; and Butte, MT.This is a high-impact role for an experienced clinical leader who thrives on travel, relationship building, and bringing consistency and clinical excellence to communities joining a new organization. You will partner closely with Executive Directors and community clinical teams to support regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, clinical systems, and staff development across the region.What we're looking for:Proven experience as a Regional Director of Health Services or similar multi-site clinical leadership role in senior livingActive RN license with multistate (compact) licensureAbility to travel extensively across the region, with residence within one hour of a major airportA reliable personal vehicleResidence in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, or Montana strongly preferred
