- \n
- Outpatient only primary care for seniors \n
- Internal Medicine - Family Medicine -Geriatrics \n
- Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hour lunch) \n
- Very limited call rotation one week every two months \n
- Phone call only and average is 5 calls entire week \n
- See 18 patients per day \n
- Seeking providers with experience in primary or managed care \n
- Work with two well established Nurse Practitioners \n
- Full office support at this flagship for the company \n
- \n
- Competitive salary based on experience ($240,000-$270,000) \n
- Very attainable bonuses up to $20,000/year \n
- Over 20 combined PTO and Holidays \n

- Time off for CME \n
