- IPA Area Medical Director in Northeast Florida \n
- Hybrid role: \n
- \n
- Working from home \n
- Working at clinical practice \n
- Making visits to locations (IPA affiliated practices) \n
\n - Monday through Friday outpatient schedule \n
- Minimum of five years experience in primary care or VBC \n
- Three years experience leading clinicians \n
- Develop relationships with IPA physician groups \n
- Leading clinical strategy for IPA performance \n
- Coaching, education and performance feedback \n
- \n
- Base salary in the range of $325,000 - $365,000 \n
- Annual bonus incentive plan \n
- Full malpractice coverage and relocation \n
- Outstanding benefits plan including health, dental, vision, 401k w/match \n
- \n
- Enjoy working in the heart of Northeast Florida and the suburbs \n
- Live in either the Jacksonville or Daytona Beach market \n
- Enjoy the Atlantic coast beaches and endless outdoor activities \n

- 5 years of post-residency experience \n
- 3 years of leading clinicians in leadership role \n
- MUST reside in Northeast Florida \n
