We've got a program to help with those, too.What You'll DoAs a BCBA at BIS, you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make meaningful clinical decisions—not just manage a caseload.You'll:Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans for adults receiving services.Conduct functional behavior assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct support professionals.Collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life.Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to ensure treatment integrity.Help shape clinical practices, training, and program development.Most importantly—you'll have a seat at the table.
