About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Administration, Finance, and Operations to play a pivotal role in advancing its mission-driven goals. The successful candidate will be the key architect in shaping proactive financial strategies, overseeing institutional stewardship, and ensuring operational excellence for continued growth and innovation. This executive leadership position demands a professional with a deep resonance with the company's mission, a record of impactful success, and a strategic ambition that reflects a student-centered approach. The Vice President will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting, financial analysis, facilities and campus operations, institutional leadership, accounting and business operations, human resources, information technology, and auxiliary services. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a master's degree, and CPA or CFA licensure, with a minimum of 10 years' management experience in non-profit higher education and institutional finance. The role requires expertise in financial management, a strong understanding of the higher education regulatory environment, and the ability to build effective teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management, as well as experience in enterprise risk management and business services. A practicing Catholic with a commitment to the teachings of the Church, the Vice President will also be expected to serve as a visible Christian leader, upholding the values of the institution and fostering a culture of partnership and collaboration.
