** MUST have fluency in the CHINESE (MANDARIN OR CANTONESE) LANGUAGE - Read, Write, Speak.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Greet arriving patients with enthusiasm, assist them with check-in, and maintain a clean, welcoming front lobby.
- Scheduling & Calls: Answer incoming phone inquiries, schedule appointments, handle patient follow-ups, and send appointment reminders.
- Intake & Records: Process patient registration forms, verify health insurance coverage, and accurately maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Payment Processing: Collect self-pay balances at check-in; issue receipts and balance daily financial logs.
- Clinic Operations: Manage incoming emails, process patient records requests, and coordinate administrative needs with the clinical staff while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines, occasionally be in the room to translate for patients and help setup equipments (will be trained)
