Personal Lines Account Manager: Client Relations & Renewals
Atlantic Group
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of personal lines business. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, endorsements, and renewals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive service and regular communication. Policy Management: Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently. Monitor client accounts for information accuracy, compliance, and timely updates. Assist with renewal quoting with appropriate carriers, keeping a holistic approach to accounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Group
