Responsibilities

• Service an established portfolio of personal insurance clients
• Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage updates
• Assist clients with questions regarding policies, billing, and claims processes
• Review coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Partner with insurance carriers to obtain competitive options and resolve account issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records while providing timely follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Experience in personal insurance servicing, customer support, or account management
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
