Full-time employees have historically received approximately 17%–23% of salary into the ESOP annually , fully vested after 5 years. Our client is looking for a Transportation Project Manager to help lead and grow their transportation presence in Florida . This is not just a “manage existing projects” type of role. This is a ground‑floor opportunity for someone who wants to help build something, create standards, support business development, grow a team, and play a key role in expanding a transportation practice in the Florida market. What they are looking for: Florida municipal / DOT-related transportation experience can also translate well Someone entrepreneurial, hungry, driven, and excited to help build a market Ability to support client relationships, business development, standards, planning, and future team growth This could be a great fit for someone who has strong technical transportation experience but wants more ownership, visibility, and the chance to help shape a growing Florida operation.
