Systems Administrator, Tier 2 GTSC seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2 , Level 2. Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area Shift: Wed to Sun 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Work Environment: All work is on‑site in a SCIF; not hybrid or remote. Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph. Compensation: $85,000 to $92,000 Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Coach and provide guidance to less‑experienced professionals. Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. Mandatory Requirements and Certifications Remote Assistance Remote Desktop CompTIA A+ CE CompTIA Network+ CE Privileged User Must sign an NDA Education Requirements High School or GED with 15 years' experience.
