Product Designer

Salary: $111,700 - 186,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree or equivalent experience, along with typically 4+ years of relevant background.
• We seek a bachelors degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We look for 4+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS, or digital environments.
• We need proven experience delivering end-to-end product design for complex technical product portfolios from discovery through launch.
• We require proficiency in Figma, including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, component libraries, and tokens.
• We need expertise in AI-enabled product design, including human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, rapid prototyping, UX research augmentation, content generation, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI principles.
• We value the ability to create scalable design frameworks, standards, and interaction patterns, and to judge when to enforce consistency versus allow product-specific customization.
• We seek strong cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including leading discovery sessions, design workshops, and strategic working sessions.
• We require excellent communication, storytelling, and visual presentation skills with the ability to turn technical insights into executive-ready narratives.
• We value experience building and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents, and automation to improve design velocity.

• We lead end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and other channels from discovery through launch.
• We translate user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned to product strategy.
• We break down customer needs and convert them into product designs that support strategic objectives.
• We conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, synthesize insights and behavioral data, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• We validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics that guide design decisions.
• We define cross-portfolio design systems that strengthen consistency across components, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns.
• We create AI-driven reusable frameworks and patterns that surface product recommendations and improve user experience quality.
• We use Figma AI and other AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency, quality, team productivity, and delivery.
• We identify emerging AI trends and tools that support design innovation across functions.
• We share leading practices for AI-led design principles with stakeholders and partners.
• We partner with product, data, customer success, and other commercial teams to translate complex initiatives into human-centered design.
• We contribute to feature definition and prioritization across product roadmaps and workflows.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, base pay range of $111,700 to $186,100, and a hybrid or traditional office environment depending on location, with some travel required and a possible hybrid arrangement in the DFW area.
