Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications: Location: Lufkin/Nacogdoches, Texas Hours: 1st Shift Full-time: Benefit Eligible Responsibilities Travel between worksites to provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service at a variety of locations. Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages. Collect/prepare non-blood specimens. Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous phlebotomy training or experience. A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Bonus Qualifications 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing. Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
