Assistant Project Manager

Overview Contribute to the success of manufacturing projects by managing workflows, schedules, and resources effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to maintain objectives. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support informed decision-making processes. Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address project-related concerns effectively. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities & Duties Assist in planning and executing manufacturing projects to meet organizational objectives and client needs. Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial adherence. Coordinate procurement and availability of materials and equipment for project execution. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize designs. Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports to stakeholders and management. Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements throughout project phases. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
