The Vaccines & Antivirals Field Medical, Director, provides therapeutic area expertise and strategic medical engagement within an assigned US territory, focusing on vaccines and antivirals.

Responsibilities

develop and execute medical strategies, engage external medical stakeholders, serve as a scientific resource, deliver medical education, and support clinical and research initiatives, including site identification for trials. Collaborates with internal teams and external organizations to enhance patient care, ensure compliance, and represent Pfizer in professional societies.

Requirements

MD or DO, 4+ years of relevant experience, with knowledge in hospital therapies, outcomes, or epidemiology preferred. Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
