Office Services Specialist

Job Title

Duration: 0-12+ Months (Temp to Engage) Work Schedule and Expected Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM. Overtime as required to support business needs, litigation work, special projects, and events.

Any Travel or Driving Requirements: Limited local walking travel may occasionally be required to support courier, mail, package, or delivery activities.

Job Description Required:

Strong customer service and client-facing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a professional office environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Microsoft Office proficiency and general technology aptitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the office for most of the workday. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred:

Experience in legal services, office services, hospitality, facilities, records management, mailroom operations, document production, or workplace experience roles. Experience supporting attorneys, executives, or professional services environments. Experience with conference room management, mail/package handling, print production, or reception support.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Process print, copy, scan, and document production requests. Support legal document preparation and production workflows. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, accountable packages, and shipping requests. Conduct daily office mail sweeps and service deliveries. Set up, monitor, and break down conference rooms and meeting spaces. Support hospitality operations including pantry maintenance, coffee service, catering support, and conference room readiness. Provide backup reception coverage. Maintain office and hospitality supply inventories. Assist with workstation setups, office moves, and basic facility support. Provide basic technology support and act as backup support for local IT activities as needed.
