Maintenance Technician

What You'll Get To Do: Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, this is an on-site, non-exempt position. The organized, self-motivated, individual in this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines/equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoots and repairs production machinery/equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines/equipment, racking systems, etc.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control systems/instruments
• Repairs and/or replaces defective parts
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices/machines

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 or more years mechanical maintenance experience in a production environment maintaining production equipment (thermoforming experience preferred)
• Reads and understands electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Programs and understands PLCs
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
