Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift! We're seeking a skilled professional to ensure our equipment and facilities run smoothly. You'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial machinery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be training on 1st shift for 3-6 months prior to switching to 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm). If you're ready to contribute to a leader in the adhesive industry, apply today!How You'll Help The Formula:Repair and maintain adhesive perpetration, coating and converting equipment.Responding to machine breakdown calls and repair using mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills.Executing preventative maintenance plans.Completing work order requests for improvements and non-breakdown repairs.Build relationships with operators and other plant staff in order to improve plant safety, quality and performance.Complete work order requests for improvements and non-breakdown repairs.Other duties as assigned.Key Elements For Your Role:High school diploma or GED; secondary education in a skilled trades curriculum preferred.5+ years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.Ability to read blue prints, wiring diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.Ability to fabricate using: saws, drills, mills, lathes and welding equipment.Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems.Strong customer service and ability to work with a team.Ability to use computers, tablets and Microsoft products.Ability to log in to Allen Bradley PLCs with Studio 5000 software to troubleshoot preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs.
