Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to high-acuity ICU patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, interpret assessments, and respond to changes in physiologic condition
- Implement and document care plans per physician orders and unit policies
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure accurate documentation in the medical record and maintain regulatory and safety standards
- Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain per assignment requirements)
- Ability to work Night shift in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and evidence-based practice
