RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Nights 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Current nursing license as required by state
• Knowledge of and compliance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Adherence to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Support patients, families, and significant others through education and compassion
• Participate in unit governance and adhere to established protocols
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while supporting service excellence goals
• Engage in evidence-based practice and research to maintain nursing competencies
