Administer prescribed medications, therapies, and interventions; ensure safe medication administration and proper documentation. Continuously assess patient condition, interpret data, and elevate changes to the care team as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to develop and with care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record. Uphold patient safety, infection control practices, and adherence to professional nursing standards and ethics.
