Responsibilities
- Provide ICU-level nursing care to critically ill patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient status, interpret hemodynamic data, and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and therapies per orders; monitor for adverse effects and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other care team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Document accurately in the electronic health record; ensure timely, compliant charting and handoffs.
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Uphold professional practice standards in line with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.

Requirements
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
- ICU/critical care nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and adapt to a fast-paced ICU environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety
- Knowledge of professional nursing standards and ability to work within established policies and procedures
