Partners with executive management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain. Oversees and forecasts the scope, milestones, and objectives for each technical program, orchestrating the collaboration of teams to drive the successful delivery of each aspect of technical programs within their span of control. Oversees strategies that streamline comprehensive program plans that outline the management process for technical and considers cross-organizational scope impacting products and business. Oversees the development and execution of comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, driving alignment across multiple teams and executive leadership on these strategies. Establishes the vision and strategic direction for technical program improvement across the group, embedding best practices into organization-wide initiatives and ensuring long-term operational excellence and scalability. Leads meetings with executive-level stakeholders to align priorities, drive collaboration, and achieve technical program objectives.
