What You’ll Do Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams. Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes. Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch. Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution. Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence. Compensation & Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $80,200 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
