Overview

The Sales Planning and Forecast Business Analyst is an integral part of the Sales Planning and Forecasting department. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving Buying and Planning reporting. Additionally, this position will provide assistance to both Buyers and Planners in day-to-day activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Refresh scheduled reporting and distribute to team.
• Create ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Streamline/enhance existing reports.
• Serve as back-up to Buyer/Planner during peak times as needed
• Help establish and document departmental processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant work experience required. A bachelor's degree in economics, supply chain, or business is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various levels of management.
• Must possess strong computer skills, advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred knowledge of how demand planning software packages work.
