Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Candidate must agree to a 26-week contract. Completion of a Home Health-specific course (COS-C exam preparation or equivalent) prior to starting is required for candidates without prior home health experience. This is acceptable to the client in lieu of prior HH experience. Please submit a current resume to be considered. Preferred: prior home health experience. Preferred items are not required.
