What You’ll Do Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, furniture, woodwork, appliances, electrical systems, and building structures. Maintain HVAC systems, refrigerators, ice makers, ventilation systems, and pool pumps. Monitor pool filtration and chlorination systems and maintain water testing logs. Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established procedures. Install and repair tile, drywall, grout, brick, and other building materials. Repair small motors and mechanical equipment. Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in departmental staff meetings and trainings. Assist with emergency response and facility‑related urgent needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Post‑secondary vocational/technical training in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred. Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a business or institutional setting preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repair. Familiarity with power tools and maintenance equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance priorities.
