Supervisor

Supervisor Arctic Circle is looking for a dependable, team-focused Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and leads by example to ensure great service and smooth operations. Supervisors play a key role in supporting management and maintaining the high standards that help us “More Than Satisfy” every guest. What You’ll Do Assist with hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members. Supervise and direct employee work during shifts. Ensure food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards are consistently met. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience. Work in various restaurant positions as needed to support the team. What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule Expectations Weekends and holidays may be required.
