Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and other talent channels Conduct phone and virtual screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and culture alignment Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting initiatives and early-career/college recruiting efforts as needed Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, source effectiveness) and provide regular reporting Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate is a consultative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and bring a strategic mindset to talent acquisition. 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated success leading end-to-end hiring for professional, technical, and specialized roles Proven ability to serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies Strong experience managing high-volume and high-complexity requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, talent mapping, referrals, and proactive pipeline development Hands‑on experience optimizing and leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to improve workflow efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy Demonstrated ability to lead intake meetings, influence hiring decisions, and manage offer strategy in partnership with compensation and HR teams Strong track record of delivering and analyzing recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and using data to drive continuous improvement Experience supporting early talent and campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding efforts Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating effectively across HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates must possess at minimum, the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in‑house, agency, or RPO experience preferred) Experience recruiting professional, technical, or early‑career roles Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or similar) Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate databases Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience recruiting within consulting, engineering, environmental, or technical industries Exposure to campus or early‑career recruiting programs Familiarity with employment compliance and hiring practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Consultants, Inc.
