Night shift 2p-10p or 10p-6a

$12,500 sign on bonus paid quarterly over 1 year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pleasant Valley Manor Care Center, a small skilled nursing home care and rehabilitation facility located in Pleasant Valley, MO. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and participating in resident assessments and care planning

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans

• Monitor and report resident conditions, concerns, and changes to RNs and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided

• Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
