Als Specialist Payroll (m/w/d) fhrst du verantwortlich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen fr einen definierten Betreuungsbereich durch- in einem Team von 13 Kolleg*innen. Du bist Spezialist*in in Fragestellungen rund um: Pflege und Erfassung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten inkl. Steuer- und Sozialversicherung Systemische Umsetzung von Ein- und Austritten sowie personeller Einzelmanahmen (Stundennderungen, Entgeltanpassungen, Versetzungen ) Zeitwirtschaftsthemen Statusprfung von Werkstudent*innen, geringfgig Beschftigten sowie Mitarbeitende im bergangsbereich (Midijob, Altersteilzeit ) Die selbststndige Klrung von steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen liegt in deinen Hnden. Des Weiteren steuerst du die Bearbeitung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens und Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zu mtern und Behrden. Deine freundliche und kompetente Beratung der Mitarbeiter*innen und Fhrungskrfte in smtlichen entgeltrelevanten Themen runden dein Profil ab.
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu. Du verfgst ber eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung mit den erforderlichen zustzlichen Fachkenntnissen im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht. Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) in der Entgeltabrechnung und der Zeitwirtschaft bringst du mit - idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder bei einem Filialisten. Du beherrscht ein Abrechnungsprogramm sicher - idealerweise SAP HCM-Kenntnisse. Gute Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil. Dich zeichnen sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Word und Excel und ein berdurchschnittliches Zahlenverstndnis aus. Als aufgeschlossener Teamplayer sind grndliche Arbeitsweise, Verschwiegenheit und hohe Kundenorientierung fr dich selbstverstndlich.
