Maersk Ground Freight offers transportation services including FTL, LTL, brokerage, cross-border trucking, groupage, and sortation hubs, connecting warehouses and distribution networks through best-in-class operations and technology.

The Opportunity We are seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our team at our JFK Station in Inwood, NY. This role is a critical backfill combining logistics operations with a strong focus on accounting and financial coordination. You will support both the execution of freight movements and the accuracy of revenue, invoicing, and reporting processes, making you a key contributor to the station's overall performance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and thrives in a role that blends operational coordination with analytical and financial responsibilities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds with a willingness to learn and grow
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance support, data analysis, or similar roles (logistics experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage both operational and financial tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard business hours (approximately 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Location: Maersk Ground Freight JFK Station 41 Inip Drive Inwood, NY 11906 Compensation & Benefits: 23.00 25.00 USD per hour

Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and market conditions.
