Job Title
Pay Range: $19.30hr - $24.30hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining a positive office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Manage daily front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate catering arrangements and refreshments for meetings, events, and office functions.
- Support additional administrative and office-related duties as assigned.
Qualification And Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
