Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

Mercyhealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage onboarding tasks in Workday, maintain records, and serve as a primary contact for the HR front desk. The role offers a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with business hours 7:30am–4:30pm.
