Project Manager - Water/WasteWater

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide technical and design services for water infrastructure projects, including treatment, distribution and collection/pumping systems. Conduct preliminary evaluations, prepare reports, produce design drawings, create technical specifications and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects. Prepare proposals and participate in presentations to secure new project work. Develop and maintain client relationships. Lead the project team, ensuring all aspects of the project are followed through to completion, including client meetings, team communication, budget monitoring, progress tracking and accounts‑receivable collections. Requirements BS in Engineering and Delaware PE registration, or ability to obtain Delaware PE quickly through reciprocity. 10‑15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Team player with excellent communication abilities.
