In this critical support role, you’ll work closely with our Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments to ensure smooth and accurate processing of customer deals for day-of delivery. If you thrive in a detail-oriented, team-focused environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Break down deal jackets and format documents in the correct order for scanning Assist in reviewing and processing paperwork for customer deliveries, ensuring completeness and accuracy Process DMV paperwork, including issuing plates and in-transits, and perform online DMV submissions Partner with external vendor, Beacon, to handle out-of-state DMV transactions Cross-train with team members and provide support across the accounting/administrative team as needed Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information Requirements What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, a plus Prior experience in automotive or administrative roles is a bonus Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings Notary Public certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain (we’re happy to assist with the process) Skills & Strengths: High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Effective communicator – both verbal and written Reliable team player who can collaborate across departments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications Discreet and professional when handling confidential information Why Join Us?
